Large Format Digital Printing:

At SSI we are capeable of printing anything your heart desires (up to 62" wide on our Mimaki JV33) on a vast range of material. Anything from vinyl (applyed to many different mediums), to banners, polypropelene posters, and wall cling material.

Direct-On-Garment Digital Printing:

This state-of-the-art form of printing on garments gives you the ability to order one or thousands while keeping cost effective.

Also with this new technology we are able to take nearly any file and print it on a garment without the hassle of burning screens.

Traditional Screen Printing:

With two automatic screen presses we can take care of your bulk order in not time at all. These are great for multi-color runs that are up to twelve color.

We also offer several manual screen presses, which come in very handy for shorter runs with just a few colors.

Embroidery:

We are set up at SSI with eight new AMAYAs (from Melco). With these embroidery machines we are able to take nearly any digitized file and stitch it on any garment you would like. These eight are all single head units that operate of sophisticated software able to handle many jobs at one time. We also offer two six head units for your bulk orders.

Using a Laser cutter and our software we have made Tackle Twill a breeze. Order one, or one hundred. Not only will they turn some heads that will also look exactally the same.
